Everyone here has a very simple goal - to be the best at what we do.

For a small company we are remarkably diverse. Over 25 percent our company has completed military service. We have people that have worked for large, international corporations and small businesses. We have triathletes and people who don’t like to walk to their car in the morning, and rarely do we agree on where we should go to lunch. Our diverse skill sets and perspectives come together to make us able to relate to and ensure we take the best possible care of our customers.

Being the best is not a slogan, or a short-term, tactical goal. It is a strategy that informs everything we do. We are not a publicly traded company whose goals are driven by Wall Street and quarterly estimates. Our goals come from our customers. It is that simple.
