I contacted Protec the day before, around 3:00 p.m. and when I explained my situation they went personally to the warehouse to confirm that all test sets were tested and operational. Since it would be impossible to ship the equipment for the next morning my contact offered to personally drive from Dallas to Houston that night so that it wouldn't affect our schedule.
