Delta-3000 Power Factor Test
Set for a project that we had
going on in a hidden corner of
West Texas.
With one day’s notice Aaron
got the test set to the site and
it was in pristine condition. In
fact I questioned Aaron about it
being a brand new unit and he
assured me that it was not. He
stated that all rentals are cleaned,
checked out and completely
repackaged (all cables and
accessories in heat-sealed
packaging) prior to going out
on another job.
Their follow-up is something
that I have never experienced
from an equipment rental
agency--it’s continuous, from
verification of Purchase Order,
pricing, delivery information and
shipment. They called to make
sure that the equipment arrived
and was operating as expected.
